The Aerial Angels performers here are bringing lots of smiles to little kiddies on Anzac Day.
Resident Aerial Angels performer Rhett Morrow was recently awarded the top title of 2015 Australian Street Entertainment Champion.
This was announced during the annual Surfers Paradise Festival in April this year. Event company Gold Coast multi-skilled performer put to good use his years of training in acrobatics and juggling to take home a cool $1200 prize.
Rhett was first introduced to circus as a 10-year-old and has been hooked ever since, with his training and performing taking him all over Australia and the world, including a stint at the renowned International Circus School in Beijing. Another career highlight was playing one of the lead roles in the cirque style underwater show Aqua Voyage at Ocean Park in Hong Kong.
Rhett currently spends his time alternating between training, performing and teaching the next generation of performers at the Aerial Angels Academy.
